Find Out Hilti Anchor Bolts for Concrete

Feb 15th

Hilti anchor bolts for concrete are used for the fixation of machine tools , generally, they are smooth or corrugated steel CT3, the lower end of the anchor bolts of small diameters is made in the form of hook bent, grooved or fixed by the horizontal shank. The end construction of the bolt plays no important role, since the strength and rigidity are determined by the coupling of the bolt stem with the concrete. The bolts of large diameters are fixed in the foundation by means of solid anchor washers.

The anchor washers can be screwed into the foundation bolts, tightened with nuts, welded or fixed with bolts by means of special seals. At present, the use of corrugated foundation bolts and self-anchoring bolts have been greatly extended.

In integral joints the bolts are hermetically embedded in the foundation, existing for this two ways to embed the bolts, of which the most widespread is when the concrete is cast, leaving special deep cavities, to which the concrete is cast after placing the bolts on them and installing the machine. With the other shape, the bolts are embedded in the foundation when this is being fabricated, so that the free end has a length approximately equal to 5 or 6 times the diameter of the bolt.
